  3. Perform a comparative market analysis (CMA) on areas of interest to determine the right listing price;
  4. Organise the public open house;
  5. Negotiate on your behalf with the buyer and their agent;
  6. Explain all the pertinent Real Estate documents in advance of any transaction;
  7. Keep you up-to-date with the listing activity of your home;
  8. Advise you on all offer, counter offers, and multiple offers;
  9. Provide you with an estimate of your closing costs;
  10. Forward all documents to your lawyer;
  11. Help you meet your closing date in an orderly manner with minimal stress.
  12. Oversee paperwork through-out the transaction until the closing
    date;
  13. Administrate any paperwork required to “firm” the deal (e.g. waivers, amendments, etc);
  14. Be available to you throughout the process and will help you resolve any problems which arise before or after closing;
