Cut the lawn, trim the hedges and weed the garden;

Clear the driveway, walkway and yard of leaves, snow, or debris;

Repair the windows, screens, doors, eaves, and soffits if needed;

Touch up the paint where needed;

Put a flowering plant(s) on the front porch or steps;

Clean out the garage as much as possible;

Straighten any fences, gutters, TV antennas or other items which are leaning crooked or sagging.
