Prepare For Your Next Tenancy!
Rentals can move quite fast. It is best to be prepared with all the documentation on hand for when you are ready to apply.
While we are setting up your appointments please follow the instructions below:
 Obtain your credit report – Equifax: http://www.consumer.equifax.ca/home/en_ca - Fill-out the OREA application:

- Secure a letter from your employer
- If possible a letter from your current landlord praising how great you are can always help but isn't necessary:)
PLEASE DO NOT SEND US ANYTHING UNTIL WE HAVE FOUND A PROPERTY THAT YOU WISH TO APPLY FOR.
